Bailey’s has released a vegan almond milk liqueur and with the impending snowmaggedon coming for Raleigh, I decided it was a great option for experimenting with to come up with a cocktail that I’m going to enjoy from the comfort of the couch.
I blended a shot of Ketel One vodka, a shot and a half of Bailey’s Almande, and several heaping spoonfuls of Talenti Hazelnut Chocolate Chip gelato. (Garnished with a shake of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.)
I’m calling it “Chance of Accumulation” in the spirit of tonight’s forecast.
